Fall Leadership Conference
October 19-November 13, 2020
Virtual/Remote

Registration information will be released in September.

Cost will be $15.00/member

The SkillsUSA Minnesota Fall Leadership Conference is an annual leadership conference held to enhance chapter engagement and performance. SkillsUSA chapters from across the state gather to learn about the SkillsUSA Program of Work and have hands-on experience with the SkillsUSA Chapter Excellence Program (CEP).

The 2020 FLC will be taking place virtually over the course of 4 weeks. Through a modified schedule school chapters can participate in this month long experience offering engaging web sessions in both pre-recorded and live options, work on their chapter CEP requirements either in person (with school mates) or virtually depending on school guidelines, and join schools from around the state for a virtual celebration during the closing ceremonies!

Each week students will have 1-2 optional webinars to join or watch later along with a set of experiences that must be completed with their fellow chapter members and are due by Nov. 13th (the close of conference). The entire chapter will be responsible for submitting the various requirements for the FLC Chapter Excellence Program. After the final week, all submissions will be reviewed by the state officer team, SkillsUSA MN Board of Directors, and alumni to award Bronze, Silver, and Gold level FLC CEP Chapters. Winners will be announced during the virtual Fall Leadership Conference closing ceremonies on Wednesday, December 2nd!

*The Chapter Management Institute is currently on hold for 2020. SkillsUSA Minnesota hopes to offer this programming in 2021.
